Our Team
Takahiro Tanaka, MHA, MS leads and oversees all projects. Depending on the scope of the project, and the specific expertise it calls for, we put together a team of industry experts drawn from our network.
Takahiro Tanaka, CEO & President
Takahiro “Taka” Tanaka is CEO and President of Lighthouse Health, Inc. Taka also serves as the Representative Director of General Incorporated Foundation SF Housenka that operates post-acute care facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice, and home healthcare services with a total of 1036 beds in Osaka, Japan. Taka has been focused on working in the healthcare sector since 2010. Previous to his current role, Takahiro was the Senior Management Engineer at Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, for about 10 years. He had worked on performance improvement, strategic management, and business development initiatives in both clinical and non-clinical areas. He received his master’s degree in Health Administration from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. He has also received a master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from State University of New York at Binghamton.
